F&L provides civil engineering, surveying and mapping, and construction management services for a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. Our presence in the Bay Area and experience with numerous public agencies allow our team members to incorporate local knowledge into our approach.
For 25 years, our firm has led design teams for a variety of infrastructure projects, but we also specialize in pipeline replacement and rehabilitation.
