Davel Engineering & Environmental, Inc. provides clients with a range of civil engineering and land surveying services, including all aspects of land and site development. We are committed to using the latest technology, including robotic instruments, and GPS equipment. State-of-the-art technology combined with excellent staff training, innovative design, and regulatory insight allows us to quickly and accurately produce building plans. Other preliminary studies, such as flood plain studies, wetland delineations, or soil borings may be required.

The ALTA in ALTA survey stands for American Land Title Association, and it refers to a standard. In a land transaction, a buyer or the buyer's financial institution will be the party requiring the survey and determining the elements of the standard to be included in the survey. A land survey done in accordance with this standard and the buyer's requirements is done to remove exceptions noted in a land title policy and is done in coordination with the title company.You may download a copy from the Subdivision Plat section on the projects page.

The staff at Davel Engineering helped us do a CSM in the Village of Harrison. They made the process easy, pricing was competitive, and I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, good problem solvers and customer focused.
