Harris & Associates, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1957 by Theodore (Ted) J. Harris. Our design team consists of Civil and Structural Engineers and Land Surveyors. The firm size allows the principals to maintain an active role with all phases of a project while continually providing personal attention to the client's needs.
