WMC has broad experience in all aspects of civil engineering planning including site evaluations, master planning, traffic studies, roadway and drainage design, bridge design, parking area design, streetscape improvements, playing fields, water supply, dams and wastewater disposal. WMC has performed construction inspection and administration on State, municipal and private projects throughout Connecticut for over 30 years.
Many of these projects were funded through the Connecticut DOT grant programs as well as grant programs administered by the Connecticut DEEP and by the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development program.

Our multi-disciplined capabilities include structural, civil, environmental, sanitary, geotechnical and construction management personnel along with specialists in quality assurance, public presentations and computer systems. Other specific expertise available from WMC includes surveying, pre-design subsurface utility location engineering, geotechnical engineering, traffic engineering, pavement management and design.
WMC is constantly seeking qualified and highly motivated individuals to supplement or expand our staff. Some of the positions which are highly sought are as follows. Structural Engineers: Entry level and junior level engineers. Entry level engineers should be recent college graduates possessing a BSCE with a distinct focus on structural engineering and demonstrating a desire to work in the field of bridge engineering.
