Surprised this place is still in business. They didn't send me a report, but they sent me a bill. I had to call after a month and talk to Jazmyn to get her to send me the report. All it happened to be was what we talked about when she was at my house but in paper form. I will say this: the people in the office are cordial and friendly. So, I had a foundation place come out.
When I mentioned I had a report but it wasnt very helpful, they immediately asked "Is it from MC Squared?" Apparently they have a reputation. The foundation place found the problem in 5 minutes. Moral of the story: you want to lose $600 in an hour, getting a report from here is an easy way to do that.

Was told about this company from a local home inspector. Unfortunately, they didn't provide the kind of service I need. HOWEVER, Jesse went above and beyond. He sent me a list of Geotechnical engineers that could help. To go out of your way to help a non-customer like that, I can't imagine how good he is to his actual customers! That is service!
