A Feasibility Study is a preliminary investigation to assess whether a planned project is likely to be practical and successful and to estimate its cost. Within the project scope, data is gathered using public sources, property owners, property sellers and other consultants. We maintain a list of research documents we use regularly to assist in our determination.
