Core Design's Survey Department has been providing professional survey services to developers, government agencies, contractors, homeowners and others since the company's inception over 50 years ago. The Core Design planning process is derived from a culture of creative and innovative community design and planning. Core Design's Engineering Department provides a wide range of civil engineering services to our clients.

Austin, Texas Report

Starting in 2021, Core Design has established a market presence in Austin, Texas. We are proud to join the land development community in the thriving area and are members of the Home Builders of Greater Austin and the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce. We are currently pursuing new opportunities for civil engineering and landscape architecture work.

They are extremely incompetent and waste your money with their lack of knowledge. Something they should know from the back of their head like required setback took them a month to figure out and realized they had made a mistake. I wouldn't trust them to do any of the work and there is a reason why everyone else is so busy when their schedule is wide open.

Very incapable company of getting things done and randomly charge you anything to pay their bills. We started with them because the woman said she could get it done but then she came back and said she overlooked a simple problem and wanted hundreds of dollars.
