N-Y was set up in 1969 and has offices in Metairie, Louisiana and Biloxi, Mississippi. Mr. Nicoladis established N-Y Associates, Inc. in 1969 and has served as its president since that time. He strives to insure that N-Y's resources are adequately and efficiently utilized to provide clients with a level of satisfaction that exceeds their expectations. Mr. Nicoladis has had a variety of design, construction administration, and management positions since joining the firm in 1984.
