ECM Consultants is a minority-owned, full-service engineering, architectural, and construction management firm. ECM is licensed as an Engineering, Architectural, and Construction Management firm in Louisiana and as an Engineering firm in Mississippi and Texas. Established in 1995, the firm has provided professional services for over 750 various types of projects for local, state, and federal agencies.

ECM has provided construction management services to a multitude of projects throughout the United States. ECM has a proven track record of effectively managing quality, cost, and schedule for many construction projects. ECM Consultants, Inc. is a member of Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

ECM is highly experienced in providing Construction Quality Assurance Inspection services for a wide variety of projects. All of our experienced engineers and construction inspectors maintain proper certifications in their respected fields. Our team of professionals ensures that construction inspections are performed in strict compliance with contract requirements and completed within budget and on time.

ECM has provided inspection for many bridges for clients including US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), and City of New Orleans-Department of Public Works.
