Chris Moher has been with Hoffman since 2003. He began his career providing IT solutions to small businesses. Chris has held several positions within Hoffman and is currently VP of Operations. Chris leads the Business Improvement Team and has significant experience in managing business process and flow efficiency.Chris holds a secret clearance and is Hoffman's FSO. Jim DeLancey has been with Hoffman since 1982 in Hoffman's Laboratory assisting in the development of Hoffman's Night Vision Test Equipment and photometric and radiometric testing.
