He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, and a third-generation mechanical engineer, succeeding his father and uncle - Donald Blum, PE and Roger Blum, PE - in the business founded by their father, Joseph K. Blum, PE.
Our firm is available to evaluate facades, windows, roofing, and storm drainage systems of historic buildings for deficiencies, and determine how to restore and preserve the structure. This process is specific to each property and requires careful evaluation of the materials and methods used to construct the original building.
