Stuart has over four decades of engineering/construction experience and has been trained to perform forensic evaluations by Insurance carriers and the legal community on over 500 cases located in the NYC Metropolitan and Long Island areas. He has provided expert witness testimony at trials. CTS Forensic services include investigations, analysis, inspections, and reports.
Mr. Sokoloff has more than 35 years of experience in the design and construction of major projects as contractor, construction engineer, program/project manager and prime consultant on both public and private sector projects. Project types include: schools, hi-rise buildings, institutions, warehouses, special foundations, airports, marine structures, mass transit stations, bridges, site work, parks and playgrounds.
