We have also developed unique designs (some of which have been patented) and assisted contractors in completing their work in a cost-effective manner.
SMS Engineering, P.C.'s engineers perform all of our structural engineering design. Our licensed professional engineers have been performing structural engineering for numerous years. We are registered professional engineers in several states. If we are not licensed in your state, we can easily obtain one for your specific Project.
SMS Engineering's engineers have extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art restoration technologies. We provide an all-encompassing service that includes condition assessments, preparation of contract drawings, technical specifications, and construction estimates. Our staff can prepare construction bid documents and oversee the construction process to ensure that you receive the product you specify. Our in-house architects and Civil Engineers have completed numerous facade inspections throughout the Tri-State area.
