Denham-Blythe Company is a people-focused, design-build construction group committed to providing the best possible construction service in the industry. In 1976, two like-minded engineering college graduates started a modest construction company in Lexington, Kentucky that aimed to create a construction experience centered around customer advocacy.Dale Blythe and Charlie Denham wanted to sit at a round table with all project partners that invited open discussion about innovative ideas and how to avoid obstacles.
All processes are simplified when all project personnel are available within one company. We have the unique ability to act as the general contractor, engineers, architects, and constructors, providing streamlined communication and efficient collaboration. Our design-build delivery system offers clients the assurance of a single-source partner, while improving project schedule, costs, and quality.
Denham-Blythe completes 400 projects each year with the consistent, primary goal of client satisfaction. We derive a clear objective for every project by listening to the client first, and then providing the expertise to guide the process through every stage of construction in a safe and efficient manner.
