Services
The building approx. 3102 sq ft is a one story earth-covered and filled reinforced concrete structure. It is designed to resist the effects of an accidental explosion from neighboring magazines. Foundation is reinforced concrete continuous spread footings and the floor is reinforced concrete slab (on-grade).
