Alliant performed all preliminary design, final design, and construction administration for the project. In addition, we led the effort to ensure the project met all applicable requirements for federal and state aid funding approval. This $208 million project reconstructed, or overlaid with widening, 12 miles of I-35W to provide MnPASS lanes from Roseville to Lino Lakes, Minnesota.Central Park Commons is a 47-acre mixed-use redevelopment of the former Lockheed Martin property in Eagan, MN. It includes over 350,000 square feet of retail space, medical offices, and a variety of restaurants.
