They hired me part time told me all along that I was doing a great job. Then 3 weeks later they let me go because they said they found someone that had twice the experience I have. And didn't give me a chance in any way to keep my job. They just replaced me and that was that. After telling me how great a job I was doing. I could have gone on full time if that's what they needed. They didn't even ask. What a way of treating people.
