Great engineer, provided a thorough report with a scope of work breakdown. We were able to achieve apple to apple estimates from the contractors base on the report we were given.

The Webinar was informative and moved at a good pace. I would have liked a bit more info on the transition from engineer inspection to permitting to construction to certification.

Mr. Batista is very professional and knowledgeable! Pieces of stucco from my balcony were falling and no one wanted to get anything done. Mr. Bautista came and inspected my unit as well as, the building and drafted a report immediately. I sent the report to the HOA and they will be redoing it soon! Thank you Mr. Batista.

Mr. Batista was very kind to walk me thru concerns re an in progress roof installation that the I was having trouble with. He was very accommodating in talking me thru the questions to ask the contractor and the inspector. He was very responsive to text and calls

Completed the inspection while being aware of the various retail establishments needs during the inspection. Advised us what was needed by the City of Fort Lauderdale for completion of certification - filing, filing fees and their address.
