The RFE Civil Engineering Division is led by President and Professional Civil Engineer, Robert F. Eynck, P.E. With over 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Eynck leads our highly qualified design team to meet the needs and desires of our clients. Mr. Eynck is licensed in California, Nevada, Oregon, and Arizona.
RFE Engineering provides Land Surveying services to commercial, residential and municipal clients through the Land Surveying Services Division. The RFE Engineering Land Surveying Division is led by surveyor William F. McKinney PLS. With over 43 years of industry experience, Mr. McKinney has extensive knowledge, and has been licensed in California since 1979.
RFE is currently providing civil engineering and surveying services for a 40-lot residential single-family subdivision in Colfax, CA. RFE is creating the tentative subdivision map, performing preliminary civil engineering and surveying for a 130-lot single family residential subdivision in Placer County, CA.

I have worked with various professional groups over the last 4 years and have found that it's not necessarily the firm but the people you work with that make all the difference on a job. At RFE I've worked with Taylor on 2 phases of a project and have have found him to be really responsive, diligent on follow up, conscientious about details and most important someone who gets stuff done.
With the economy the way it is, it is important to be able to work with some who understands what you are asking the first time, takes the time to ask questions and actually gets the work done in a timely matter. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with. I recommend Taylor at RFE without hesitation.
