The Brundrett family has been in the Aransas County area since the 1840's. Our office is situated on property that has been in the family since 1878. After serving in the U.S. Army and working for the Texas General Land Office, Bridget joined the G&B staff in 2005. She graduated from Texas A&M University - College Station, with a Bachelor's of Science.

For Acreage tracts, please include the Deed, Metes and Bounds description, and/or Field Notes description. If requesting a survey that is being closed at a Title Company, please include the Schedules A&B from your Title Commitment.
