Hired this firm to build a third franchise store Grumpy's Restaurant In St. John's, Fl. Great pricing and excellent work from mellow on jax beach to blue bamboo. They are unique in that both the architect and mechanical engineer are in the house, streamlining the process and making it much more cost effective. They were thrown some curve balls from the builder, and went above and beyond delivered great quality and worked around multiple unanticipated obstacles. Craig and Karen are very easy to work with and do a great job highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Craig Sommers in the Design and Specifications for construction of a upscale Dog Grooming Salon. I am a building contractor (Success Builders), and I found the firm to be very professional and reasonably priced. Craig was available by phone for questions during construction and I plan on hiring his engineering partner for an upcoming commercial mechanical engineering project.
