I have had the pleasure to work with Jeff Buckholz on several traffic studies. He is a consummate professional and meticulous in gathering data to ensure the most accurate report possible. His knowledge of traffic engineering is second to none and would not hesitate to use him as an expert witness, if the need would arise.

Jeff hired me for a day of guided diving, and decided after the fact that he shouldn't have to pay for it. That day that he came in to dive we had many setbacks to our schedule. First his gear broke and we had to replace it with rental gear from my shop. Then he felt conditions were not what he expected. Then finally he called off the diving due to the thunderstorms in the area.
This whole process took about four hours. When he called off the final dive, rather than making him drive back to my shop in torrential rain, I told him he could drive straight home to Jacksonville and call me to settle up his bill. Over the course of the day I went above and beyond to be accomodating- carrying gear to multiple dive sites, setting up gear for him and helping with whatever was needed.
I even bought him lunch! I've not been paid. When I tried to collect payment, he told me he feels he should not have to pay the full amount. When I disagreed, he told me that he would not pay at all. The sheriffs were contacted but he does not take their calls either. Jeff works as an expert witness. I cannot see how coming into a business, lying, and stealing services shows integrity and character to contribute an "expert" opinion to anything. I would not recommend him as a professional.

Completely unprofessional. Was in my neighborhood for two days in an unmarked car, directly across the street from an elementary school. He refused to identify himself when asked by residents. It was only after the police were called did he disclose what he was doing. Apparently, the simple courtesy of identifying himself to concerned parents was too much for Jeffrey to handle. Jeffrey, in response to your reply, I bet the Police would prefer that your vehicle was marked, so they didnt have to waste their time replying to suspicious activity calls.
I know you think you dont owe us mere "civilians" an explanation, but you would save a lot of people from worrying if you just acted like a decent human being. I'm sure the Police would concur, Uncle Fester.
