Planning Board consulting services provided by P.M.P. Associates, LLC vary with each individual communities needs. Plan review services are generally the majority of the work performed for our municipal clients. The plan review reports are used by the Boards in their planning process. The review reports present the non-compliance issues based on local zoning & subdivision regulations as well as addressing the technical issues associated with a particular project.These reports may also include recommendations based upon our experience with a particular type of project.

I needed a Title V inspection and was on a very tight schedule. I had called several places and the overwhelming response was that companies were just "too busy" to get to me any time soon. However, this was not the case with PMP Associates; Patrick Carrara returned my call and - once I mentioned that I needed it done ASAP, he came right out to my house.
He was able to fit the job into his schedule and get it done that same day. Also, per my request - he referred me to a local company to get additional work done, and they were an excellent referral! All in all, Patrick was courteous, responsive, and did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend!
