Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) has emerged since the 1980's as one of the most innovative tools for civil engineers and construction consultants to protect utilities from damage. Quality Level based mapping in accordance with CI/ASCE 38-02 "Standard Guidelines for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data" incorporates high-tech electronic designation techniques and non-destructive vacuum excavation services to obtain horizontal and vertical utility alignments thereby making the "best guess" scenario obsolete.

Subsurface Utility Engineering is a discipline dedicated to the location and mapping of utilities. The need to locate and map the underground infrastructure has never been so important and every professional who is involved with design or construction is required under CI/ASCE 38-02 to review the project requirements and determine if SUE services will be a necessity. Our combined staff has over 40 years' experience working with subsurface utility and engineering design projects with a flawless performance record.
BSI utilizes both AutoCAD & Microstation drafting platforms with the industries latest software and technology in order to provide our clients with timely, accurate, and esthetical Subsurface Utility Engineering plans. BSI's automated drawing process begins in the field with a detailed survey followed by a timely transfer of data to our CADD or Microstation systems.
BSI provides full color CCTV inspectional services for sanitary sewer and storm drain lines ranging in size from 3 or larger in diameter for up to 600 feet. BSI can also perform CCTV inspection for empty electrical and telecommunication conduits as small as 2 for a maximum length of 200 feet. Our equipment has the capability to input text and audio notations throughout the CCTV inspection and our reporting capabilities are state of the art in the industry.BSI utilizes high pressure sewer jetting equipment to properly clean any given sewer or drain system prior to CCTV inspection to maximize our inspection capabilities and to reduce the risk of blockages encountered.

Vinny, Beth, and the rest of the team at Vincent Bianco Catering knocked it out of the park. From working closely with my daughter to plan her wedding on a short timeline to accommodate military obligations, to making sure that the menu was sufficient without overdoing it, to the professionalism of the entire team, everything was perfect. Of course, the real reason you hire a caterer is for the food, and every bit of it was amazing.
The beans were delicious and crunchy. The potatoes were roasted and seasoned perfectly. The chicken was just right, fully cooked without being the slightest bit dry. The marinaded steak tips were tender and full of flavor. But the star of the show was the fish. The crumb topping was deliciously buttery without being heavy and the haddock was clearly very fresh and expertly prepared.
My guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was. This father of the bride could not have been happier. Thank you Vinny and your team for helping to make the happy couple's special day an amazing experience

From start to finish, I could not have hoped for a smoother, more professional, and more enjoyable experience than the one I had working with Vincent and his coordinator Beth. The communication from beginning to end was clear, Vinny was an awesome guy to talk to and made sure we felt happy and comfortable with everything every step of the way. After the wedding, we heard nothing but rave reviews about every dish served!
The short rib was fantastic, the sausage cart was a real fun end to the night, and the steak and cheese rolls are can't miss. Thanks again Vinny, helped us have a wonderful night!

We chose Vincent Bianco catering for our wedding day this past Fall, and it was truly the absolute best decision we have ever made! Seriously, the absolute BEST DECISION EVER! Vinnie felt like family from day one- he gave us his personal cell phone number, and he was available 24/7 for literally any and all of our needs, and for any questions that my husband, my family, and I had.
He made sure to go out of his way frequently to call and text us throughout the wedding planning process to check in with us, and to see how we were doing, and he and his team were there for us for absolutely everything. He made it clear each and every day how important and special our day was to him, and how much he and his team cared about us, our family, and our event. Vinnie truly went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of our wedding day was flawless and exactly what we wanted.
We had the most beautiful food tasting with him, and his food was literally the best food we have ever eaten. Vinnie and Michelle made the entire wedding process so special, memorable, and incredible for us because of how much they cared about us and our big day! My husband and I had a wedding of 200 people, and literally every plate of food was perfect.
The presentation was the best we have ever seen at a wedding, and my meal was the most amazing meal I have EVER had. All of our guests still talk about how amazing our wedding food was to this day, and how it was the best wedding food they've had! My wife and I engaged the services of Vincent Bianco Catering for our wedding, and had reached out initially in February 2020 for planning October 2021 at the Smith Barn in Peabody, MA. Throughout the entire processing of planning and especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding itself, Vinny and his team were very engaged with us, able to accommodate changes with updated quotes and the like with calls and answering our many questions. The quality of the dishes at our wedding was amazing and one of the highlights for our guests. I highly recommend Vinny and his team!

Vinny makes wedding planning and catering so easy and stress free! He was just totally real when it came to the food! He offers so many different options and is super flexible. The week of my wedding, something on the menu just didn't look right when he went to buy it, he called me right then and there, and had a great selection of back ups! My family and friends RAVED and still talk about the food to this day ( I got married over a month ago!). He really cares about his food and his customers. His mom even makes the best Italian cookies! I highly highly recommend Vinny Bianco and his crew

We hired Vincent Bianco for our daughter's Birthday dinner. Let me tell you that you won't be disappointed in anything when using Vincent Bianco Catering. Communication about everything was on point. His professionalism and persona was great as well. The food itself. DELICIOUS! We had the Chicken Piccata (dairy free) Rigatoni Marinara (dairy free), Chicken Broccoli Rigatoni, and the Meatballs.
Everything was exactly as described on the menu and the quality and freshness of the food was grade A! He was able to handle a Dairy food allergy for a family member. For the small gathering we had of 8 people no one had a complaint! They were happy and satisfied that repeat business will be coming soon! Thank you for everything and checking in making sure things were good!

If you don't like long reviews, the short of it is Vincent Bianco catering SAVED my wedding. They were warm, friendly and incredibly efficient (right down to the clean up). The long story is I am a pandemic bride. When my wedding had to be changed and rearranged I was absolutely lost. I have no interest in wedding planning, I just knew I wanted my husband and family to have an incredible day!
We called Vincent Bianco catering because we already knew the food was incredible. What I didn't know, and what I hope many will read, is that Vincent is so much more than just your standard "show up with food and serve with a smile " caterer. He talked me through my planning. Made incredible recommendations to help my backyard look like a perfectly set up wedding venue.
The day of the wedding when those inevitable jitters set in Vinny and his team were right there for me like they were my own family. Checking on special requests for the elderly members of my family (even making their plates so they didn't have to get up!) making sure I ate, as well as giving me that final "you look great! Get out there and get married!" That I needed as I walked out.
Though they elevated our humble backyard bash to an elegant function they moved with ease amongst family and friends as if we had all known each other forever. Vinny, Jill, and Janice, I can't thank you enough. You truly made my wedding perfect and memorable in every way.
