David T. Finkbeiner, PE, President, attended Clarkson University where he earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds his M.B.A. degree from Rochester Institute of Technology with a focus on technology management. David is the principal structural engineer for Wegmans Food Markets in the Northeast Region of the United States.

HSE is a professional corporation that was founded in 1982 as a specialized structural engineering firm. The current principal partners are Jay R. Saylor, P.E. and David T. Finkbeiner, P.E. From our headquarters in Victor, New York, we serve all areas of the United States. The current staff consists of 9 engineers and technical support personnel, including 5 Licensed Professional Engineers.
