Buckeye Civil Design

The owners of Buckeye Civil Design have over 50 years of combined experience in the design and construction of a wide variety of improvement projects. Our experience lies in all phases of a project including preliminary planning and preparation, budgetary estimates, initial field investigation, design, and the permit/approval process. It is this well rounded experience that enables Buckeye Civil Design to efficiently and accurately complete all site-civil projects.

Buckeye Civil Design has developed many Land Plans for a multitude of individual land owners. We have developed Land Plans for sites consisting of less than 5-acres to over 100-acres. These plans include PUD layouts, residential lot layouts, commercial layouts, and a mix of different uses. Buckeye Civil Design has designed several storm water detention ponds and storm water detention 'systems' for various size sites. These detention systems have consisted of dry ponds, wet ponds, buried pipes, oversized pipes, and chamber systems.

Client wished to construct a condominium development consisting of nineteen four-plex units on approximately 15 acres of land. Buckeye Civil Design, LLC was hired to develop a condominium and roadway layout for the site. Once a site plan was approved, plans were prepared for the roadway, sanitary sewer, waterline, site grading, site drainage, storm water detention and storm water pollution prevention. In addition, Buckeye Civil Design filed all necessary paperwork required for the various Ohio EPA permits.
