Performed a review and provided a report for my insurance claim. During the investigation with my agent and I he noted that he could not see anything to give an honest opinion of why what had occurred happened. On a follow up phone call he noted to me that his report would basically say that because there was no definitive evidence to indicate what had actually happened.
He then submits the report to the insurance agency, whom obviously got into his ear prior to that, and indicates it had to have been built incorrectly.yet he had zero evidence to base that OPINION on. Very unprofessional manner of conducting business. "Engineers" work with facts, not assumptions. Screwed my family over for a claim during Christmastime. Hope you're happy with yourself.

If your ins agency is erie. Rudick is basically in their pocket.not giving honest reports and leaving out important details like storm dates and whatnot. They will try and tell you that your roof was improperly installed in order to save the ins co a claim. If they told you that your roof wasn't installed properly- don't give up, get your own engineer! Scam!
