Frey Engineering has demonstrated expertise in performing site assessments, and identifying and investigating sources and extents of contamination in soil, ground water and sediments. We strive to develop cost-effective and manageable remedial actions that are compatible with the existing or future uses of the property.
Frey Engineering has evaluated and designed sanitary and industrial waste water treatment systems for a number of private clients. We provide value engineering studies to formulate solutions that are implemented into the design. We offer permitting support for waste water discharges, treatment works approvals, and construction permits. We also will evaluate waste water recycling options for properties with waste water discharge limitations.
Frey Engineering provides Geotechnical Engineering and Site Plans for both environmental and site development projects. Our Geotechnical Services range from geotechnical investigations to foundation designs and monitoring of construction phase earthwork. Our engineers have designed and supervised geotechnical investigation programs for buildings, landfills, and contaminated waste sites. We offer foundation design, foundation repair, and expert advice on soil, rock and ground water aspects of civil engineering and building projects.
Frey Engineering provides construction management services including preparing bid specifications, reviewing contractor submittals, modifying design plans due to changed field conditions, field testing, and preparing as-built drawings. Our principals are experienced project managers who strive to ensure smooth project execution and accuracy.

Out experience was terrible. We had an underground oil tank that had been filled with sand removed from under our driveway. There was a minor oil leak. We were referred to Frey Engineering. Instead of treating it like the small job that it was, they told me countless horror stories, and refused to give me an estimate of what the total cost would be to remediate.
They wanted to dig out much more soil than was needed. I got wise and fired them, and the new company gave me a reasonable estimate that they honored. If you own a gas station, Frey is probably great. But if you own a house, NEVER hire them to remediate a leaking underground oil tank.
