Mr. Kamdar founded AES, in 1996. His 35 years of aerospace and military related experience includes 25 years at Boeing. He provided significant contributions to projects such as Delta Launch Rocket, F-18 and F-15 Fighter Aircraft, C-17 Transport Aircraft and the International Space Station. Over 25 years of business development leadership and capture experience with a successful track-record in developing, qualifying, shaping, and winning new business across the Department of Defense.Prior experience of 16 years with the Boeing Company and 9 years with BAE Systems with progressively increasing roles and responsibilities.

Affordable Engineering Services, Inc (AES), offers a wide range of MRO and Engineering services to the DoD, Aerospace and Maritime communities in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our ongoing mission is to provide the highest level of quality support to our customers to ensure that our Warfighters are provided with the best and most reliable equipment needed to carry out their missions around the world. To this end, we are committed to maintaining our position at the forefront of Aviation Maintenance, Engineering Services and Program Management.

AES stands ready to provide the avionics architecture design, guidance, navigation and control expertise, and hardware and software design expertise for government and military rotary wing and fixed wing OPV and unmanned systems.

AES provides maintenance support for the FRCSW at North Island Naval Air Station and eight additional satellite sites. AES artisans are responsible for all phases of repair, modification installation, logistics, configuration management, program management, maintenance, and prototyping. From initial inspection, complete teardown, rebuilding, inspections, test, and final flight test, AES professionals modernize and extend the service life of everything from modern fixed wing fighters to rotary wing UAVs.
