Thank you for asking. It has been quite a journey since our humble beginnings in 2005 in Little Falls, New Jersey. Since that time, we have upgraded more than just our logo and stationary. We have worked hard to acquire and train with the latest (and best) software in the civil engineering industry.
Since 2005, we have been working hard to remain experts in the fields of floodplain management, stormwater system design, environmental permitting, flood control, and retaining wall design. In the end, it is every civil engineer's responsibility to protect the public, and we take that responsibilty seriously.

Worked with Nick Agnoli on a high hazard dam restoration project. I could not have been more disappointed in Agnoli. The contractor (Agnoli's childhood friend) deviated so far from the approved plans that it ended up in court and the State not certifying the project. However, Agnoli spent years on this project and was at the site countless times but never mentioned to us that the contractor was not following the approved plans.

What kind of engineer does that? Failure of a high hazard dam could cause loss of life! Do not take my word. Ask Nicky to show you our inspection reports and the judgement from the court case. This is a clarification of my review after agnoli's response. I apologize if anyone thought I was any type of engineer, contractor or lawyer. I was only a customer and these opinions are mine alone.

As agnoli mentioned the court case is public record. I suggest people review it and form their own opinions. Agnoli did not testify. Any time I saw him in the courtroom he was sitting quietly on the contractors side of the room. In my personal opinion I could not believe he could stay silent during some of the testimony. I suggested people view the inspection reports.

Personally page 3 is interesting to me. It states in part- due to the size of this project Cross Associates has sub-contracted with 2 professional engineers to assist with the inspection of critical structures. It then goes on to list Nicholas Agnoli and Michael Monahan. I have no idea what contractual obligations agnoli had with Jerry Cross. I only wish that during the countless times I spoke to Agnoli about the progress and issues with the project he would have mentioned approved plans may not have been followed.

I do not understand agnoli's comment that the lake was never lowered but I hope he is not in anyway trying to imply that just because a dam is holding back water today that it is certified as safe.
