Have been trying to get a hold of Heidi and Missy in the sanitation department regarding a sewage bill I would like to pay. Have left dozens of messages with no return call. Very poorly run operation. You want our money but yet you never answer or have the decency to return a call. Unreal.

Fond du Lac is fortunate to have a company like this that has created a culture similar to those found in major cities. Place is full of professionals with degrees from highly accredited colleges. When the associates say they feel lucky to work here it signifies a beneficial business environment all around. This is demonstrated in the transparency as a employee owned, profit sharing company.
