Lance Downs, PE, GE, is the senior principal engineer and founder at Advanced Remediation Technologies, Inc. (ART) an engineering and construction company. Lance has over 24 years of experience in civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering and over 32 years in construction. Prior to starting Advanced Remediation Technologies, he was the regional manager for the remediation resource group for a national company that served a Northwest and Southwest areas from its base in Portland, Oregon.ART specializes in design-build services for remediation, contaminated sediments, and water system construction projects, which is a tribute to Lance's engineering and construction experience.
