At ACM Engineering, no project is too big or too small. We have completed and are currently involved in a wide range of architectural, commercial, residential and public improvement projects. Commercial Shopping Center Development in NE Redmond on a large urban site bordered by city streets on 3 sides and a highway on the Northside.
These shopping center projects were completed by ACM Engineering or our team at our predecessor firm, Franklet Enterprises, when located in Seattle, WA. Project description: Complete civil design services for an outdoor shopping center development locate din Redmond, OR. Services included offsite street improvements and coordination with ODOT on design impacts to adjacent state highway. Significant grading and drainage design utilizing drianage swales as city does not have a storm drainage system in this part of the city.
Our team at ACM Engineering or Franklet Enterprises have designed (or are in the process of designing) the following civil improvements for these educational building projects throughout the Northwest. Project description: Extensive remodel and addition project for an existing K-8 school. Complete civil design work includes utility design, site grading and drainage, ADA designs, public streets, fire flow.
