Civil Engineering is the backbone of CDG. That was true on day one and it remains true today. Over the past four decades, land development has grown more complex as the land supply declined and stormwater regulations have increased. In the early 2000's, much of the developable real estate that remained was often in rugged terrain, difficult in fill lots, and off-site problems can handicap on-site opportunities. Especially today, understanding and navigating the development approval process is critical to success.

CDG offers a broad range of structural engineering services to clients. We deliver structural analysis and complete structural design for commercial and industrial buildings, custom homes, condo conversions, restorations, seismic retrofits, and home additions. We provide our clients with the highest level of services, sound engineering design, and economically sensible projects.

CDG provides a full range of geotechnical services to a variety of clients included design professionals, private residential, commercial, and/or industrial developers, and to public agencies. We provide services from reconnaissance, field and laboratory testing and analysis. All projects are approached with the goal of producing technically sound and economically feasible solutions for our clients.
