The office staff were nice enough, but that's where the pleasantness ended. The "inspector" they assigned to us was condescending, rude, arrogant, and behaved like a petulant child when asked to do something as simple as his job. The man literally yelled at me over the phone, never mind the fact that I'm paying for this service to be in compliance with building codes.
This was on top of a no-show for an inspection of our footer, where he informed me that he would be there on a Friday and then just didn't show up. A few days later, after contacting him to arrange another inspection, he fails to tell me what time to expect him and then texts before arrival that he was coming. Naturally, this prevented me from letting my contractor know to be on site (the contractor rolled in no less than five minutes after he stormed off claiming that I'd wasted his time). To make matters worse (or more pathetic, depending on your perspective), K2's own contact person left a 5-star Google review of the company. Conflict of interest, much?

Inspector did not show the day he said, said he'd call before coming two days later, showed up without calling, then screamed at my husband on the phone in our front yard (Gary, the ring camera loved it) because nobody knew he was there. If these people weren't contracted through my county we'd ever choose to work with them. Utter lack of professionalism.
