JEM Engineering specializes in quick-reaction antenna development and novel antenna products, covering a spectrum from 2 MHz to 40 GHz. We are an antenna engineering company devoted to designing, rapid prototyping, manufacturing products, as well as testing radio frequency bands to deliver high quality custom antenna solutions.
Our company is always looking for talented people to join our team of engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, business development, and administrative professionals. We're also committed to making sure JEM Engineering is a great place to work. We always have our employees' best interest in mind; we periodically review our benefits package to make sure our offerings are competitive and give our employees some peace of mind. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate JEM Engineering's administrative and manufacturing operations.
Over the years, we've worked to expand our business focus from producing chiefly commercial antennas to also including antennas that meet government and military requirements. In order to increase production, while maintaining quality, we employ the help of the best suppliers and hold them to our quality standards.
JEM develops active electronically steered arrays (AESA) for fixed-site, vehicular, and airborne applications. Employing patented, proprietary, and SBIR technologies, these arrays offer many features not available with other arrays. Each AESA includes a computerized control system. The controller can be integrated with the antenna or mounted remotely depending on your requirements.
