The lightweight aluminum Equalizer unfolds and locks onto your backpacking stove. It has adjustable length sliding legs to let you level the stove and to improve stability. It lets you put your stove most anywhere, on inclines, on uneven rocks and over grown and grass. It helps you leave no trace by eliminating the need to pull growth or grass or to disturb the surrounding area. The Equalizer provides a safe convenient place for spatula, spoon and pot gripper where they are always ready to use and won't be stepped on.
This battery replaces all "AA" size batteries, as the manufacturer states (the case says PHOTO on it because that was the original market for the battery) Comes in 2-pack and 4-packs. Backpackers often use AA batteries for flashlights, and also for GPS units and portable radios. The cheapest AA battery uses carbon zinc chemistry and has the shortest life, among other disadvantages.
We all know that the Earth is not flat nor is the Earth round. Those two facts make the map-makers job difficult. The Earth is however more round than flat and we all know that smart people long ago figured out various ways to peel the skin of the Earth to make flat maps, each with it's own distinctive distortion.
