Joseph A. Schudt & Associates provides Professional Land Development design services through civil engineering, land surveying, site planning, consulting engineering and project management. The services are provided to public and private entities including municipalities, private developers and institutions throughout the Northeast Illinois, Northwestern Indiana and Southeastern Wisconsin area.
Many developments pose difficult hydrology and hydraulic problems that skilled engineers need to confront in today's highly regulated environment. JAS can perform hydrology and hydraulic analysis of any size watershed project site along with detailed maps. We can assist in permitting for site developments containing a creek or floodplain and/or if your development disturbs more than an acre of land.
Land Surveying is an integral part of the great majority of project services provided by JAS. The division of land into parts and the determination of land lines are critical to the proper development of our communities and the environment. JAS provides these services in our offices, primarily through our staff of registered Professional Land Surveyors, experienced in all facets of land description and placement.
