If you need a structural engineering company, I would highly recommend Aark Engineering. Eddie Lopez performed the work on my property. I had extensive wood root in the top plates after roof and rain damage. Eddie quickly completed the analysis. It was a comprehensive analysis that included pictures. But most important, he was very helpful to me when the contractors did not understand the analysis. Eddie explained it to me clearly.
He also explained it to the contractors at length. This special assistance saved me significant time and money which I greatly appreciate. Eddie also answered other questions that I had as the work progressed. I would highly recommend Aark Engineering Inc.
