Mayers & Associates Civil Engineering, Inc. is a company providing planning, engineering, hydrology & hydraulic design, water quality services, mapping and surveying services in the Southern California area. The firm's President, Dru J. Mayers, founded the company in 1999. His partners are Gary Martin, Martin Miller and Fred Pugh. The principals of the firm have over 100 years of combined experience in civil engineering throughout Southern California. We are registered within the State of California as Registered Civil Engineers, and Licensed Land Surveyors.

We provide innovative solutions by utilizing of our wealth of experience and technological advantages. 35+ years of design engineering and drafting experience, including over thirty years of work in civil engineering. 25+ years of computer aided design experience including development of company standards, procedures and specialized software for the generation of design drawings.
We consider construction costs and project phasing to maximize our client's financial returns. Site Planning is the detailed layout of a piece of land. Mayers & Associates excels at creating livable communities that maximize landowner value. Since our planners and engineers work together, the designs are cost efficient from both a design and construction cost perspective.
Bolinger Estates is a luxury, infill community by Brandywine Homes consisting of homes over 3000 square feet in size. Mayers & Associates worked on the tentative tract map, site plan, rough and fine grading plans, and performed all surveying services. KB Home hillside community consisting of 112 acres of single-family lots ranging from 15,000 square foot to three-quarters of an acre.
Our Orange County office is located near the intersection of Bake Parkway and Irvine Boulevard / Trabuco Road in the City of Lake Forest, CA. This provides convenient access to Interstates 5 (Santa Ana Freeway) and 405 (San Diego Freeway) as well as SR 241 (Foothill Transportation Corridor). Our Riverside Office is located on Jefferson Avenue between Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Winchester Road in the Jefferson Gateway business park. This location provides convenient access to both Interstate 15 and Interstate 215.
