Formed in 1996, Hale Engineering is a full service civil engineering and land surveying firm with offices in San Diego and El Centro, California. Members of our staff hold civil engineering licenses in the states of California, Arizona and Nevada along with land surveying licenses in California and Arizona. Backed by years of experience, our common sense approach provides a logical means to achieve project goals. We value the balance of client objectives, public welfare, and environmental sustainability.
