Stay away at all costs. Only take a job there if you're OK with zero job security, a boss who likes to "shake things up" by coming in randomly and screwing everything up or just randomly firing people for no apparent reason. The closer you work with the boss, the shorter your tenure will be. Also, if you get hired for a marketing position, I pity you.
He randomly fires the entire marketing team every year or so and blames them for poor sales. It must be nice not to ever be responsible for your company's shortfalls. Potential customers - He will take your money and run. The "Rhythm Promise" is a lie. He has been known to order employees to refuse shipments of returned products so he wouldn't have to give refunds.
