JP Harvey Engineering Solutions has a main office located in Hampton, Virginia and a satellite office in Cocoa Beach, Florida. JPHES has been operating since its inception in 1971 as Spiers and Waltz. We have a team of licensed Professional Engineers (PEs) and Engineers-In-Training (EITs). In addition, we have Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) and several design personnel who have also obtained their LEED AP Certificates. We are a Certified Small Business with the Department of Minority Business Enterprise in the Commonwealth of Virginia (627072).
