These services include specifications, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, power distribution and communications systems for federal, state and local governments, and commercial and industrial clients. Vansant and Gusler has served federal agencies such as the Department of the Navy and the Department of the Army continuously with projects that have been as diverse as the area itself. In addition, military projects have extended our range of services to Iceland, Europe, Africa, Cuba and the Caribbean.
Project included additions to two existing facilities, and construction of a new 72,000 square foot training and operations facility for SEAL Team 8. Project design scope included complete plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems as well as incorporation of Antiterrorism/Force Protection measures.
