Drafting by Design started in 1976 designing custom homes. Today the Architectural Division has participated in the design and development of a wide variety of commercial facilities, from laboratories and animal hospitals to office buildings.

Drafting By Design has done excellent work for us. Galdino Bahena has made significant contributions with our team designing fixtures for electronic assembly. His participation in the concept and design phases of the project have allowed us to visualize the system and make modifications before committing to the machine build. He is very detail oriented and creates professional documentation. Galdino is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him for future work.

Worked with Neil and Sean on our dream home design. Since my husband and I work an hour apart we had our meetings via Zoom, Sean was able to bring up the plans and modify them as we went. then take us in for a virtual tour of our house. Their suggestions really helped us create the best home we could have asked for. Great Team would recommend them to anyone who is looking to create that dream home design.

Neil and his team helped us with plans for an addition and renovations to our kitchen and owner's suite. They were easy to work with and Neil is very accessible. What a wonderful experience - beginning to end. We wanted to convert and existing building to living space for an in-law. We drew up an idea but quickly realized we needed professional help. We were given a recommendation to contact Neil. We are so glad we did, Neil and team were able to take our idea and make a workable design. Their extensive experience helped make changes we hadn't thought of - collaboration at its best. In the future we will be contacting them before we start projects.

I had a Dream I wanted a very special garage and connecting room. My home is modern victorian and I could find no one who could help me with the concept. Neil and his team hit it out of the park. They were able to take my napkin drawings and bring them to life! Then they presented me with a virtual walk through. Then I was absolutely sure this is what I wanted to build. I cannot thank Drafting by Design enough. You guys totally ROCK!

Neil and Caitlin were amazing to work with in designing our custom home! We did everything over phone calls, Zoom meetings and e-mail due to the pandemic and there was never an issue with communication. Neil's expertise really shows during the planning as I had several wants for my home and they did everything to work them into the design. I highly recommend Drafting By Design for any design projects you may have. I hope to work with Neil in the future with any other projects that may come up! Our company has been working alongside Neil Brenner and his team at Drafting by Design for nearly 6 years and are never short of impressed by how thorough he is. Most designers do not think of the guys in the field who actually build their designs but Neil makes a serious effort to make sure every detail is called out. Neil is also very easily accessible if a question does come up.
