Commissioning is a process meant to ensure that the Owner's requirements for the systems being commissioned are documented, and are accurately reflected in the design. Moreover, it is the responsibility of the commissioning agent to verify the commissioned systems are installed properly and perform according to the Owner's intent.
Lutz Engineering's registered Professional Engineers are experts in developing BAS designs that provide centralized control of building systems, and automate HVAC and lighting systems. Our designs leverage the power of automation to generate operational savings and environmental comfort. As BAS experts, our engineers have decades of hands-on building automation experience: designing, scoping, installing, programming, and commissioning BAS projects from all major BAS vendors and contractors.We are prepared to tackle any system integration challenge with experience and diligence.
