We were founded in 2004 and have been providing civil engineering, land planning, and development consulting services to clients in Florida ever since. Farmer Joe's Fresh Market, one of the largest Farm Market grocery stores in Lee County, was not the typical development. The owner wanted a 55,000 square foot grocery store with more than the required parking spaces on a 6.5-acre site. The project development team faced several challenges during the development permitting of this project.
