Leadership Report

Our Executive Committee consists of Doug Matern and three shareholders. Together they oversee the financial health of the firm. This team is strongly supported by a ten-member Management Committee, which helps oversee projects in design and construction, business operations, client satisfaction, and mentoring the younger staff.
