Realtor Raymond Choy My previous landlord Alex Cheng brought Raymond Choy his friend into my rental home after a flood and said he was an insurance adjuster. Raymond Choy told me I would have to move asap because the foundation was cracked from the flood which was not true. The flood was caused from the drains from the roof never being cleaned. This was all a ploy to have me move so my landlord could raise the rent after I moved.

I was a good tenant of almost 7 years. I took Raymond Choy to court. Raymond Choy lied and lied and had a lawyer so the judge dismissed it. I contacted Steven Thom from this company. He said there was nothing he could do and he had complaints daily about realtors. Raymond Choy a very bad person.

Extremely disgusting company. A realtor from this firm was fired for tearing down a deceased victim's posters asking for answers! Horrible company

I was verbally told by their agent selling house that the house had been submitted for probate. This was not true, and would not become true for nearly a month. Had the agent's statement been true, I would not have lost my rate hold, and would have saved a substantial amount of money over the next five years. I regret not independently confirming this detail, or confirming it in writing with Westmar's agent, however I was told something that was simply not true. Would not recommend doing business with them.

While me buying a house: They used a digitally generated signature. (My signature is in Punjabi but their computer gave me an English signature and won't allow me to nominate my own signature!). Their software even won't record my own signature initially. Good Bye!

This company managed the property that I was renting for 2 years. I was never late on rent and never asked for any repairs to the property. Here is a snapshot of my experience: A) They falsely and without evidence accused me of running an Air B and B, and when it turned out that the accusations were 100% false, didn't even apologize but claimed they were "just doing their job" B) When my lease needed to be renewed, we discussed terms, then they sent me a contract to sign that did not contain any of the altered terms that we discussed.

After I altered the contract to reflect our agreement, they agreed again to the changes on the phone, and then AGAIN asked me to sign the un-altered version. C) When it was time to move out I paid for a professional cleaning company to clean the apartment, their inspector claimed that I needed to pay $50 out of my security deposit because there was dust on the counter. If you want to be treated well by a rental agency avoid this organization if you possibly can.

Young inexperienced realtor, and it shows. Dropped in for an open house and a few basic questions, got the sense she was making up the answers along the way. Nice and all but I prefer to go with someone with at least 10 years as a realtor.
