Southeastern Engineering, Inc. (SEI) was founded in 1996 by Teresa Epple, PE, PTOE. Mrs. Epple's background is in traffic and transportation serving public and private clients throughout the Atlanta region. Chad Epple, PE, brought his background in civil/site to expand the company in 2000. SEI's strength is in its versatility and commitment to meeting clients expectations.
Modern airports, whether they are small general aviation airports or large commercial airports, are constantly faced with evolving operational and capacity needs of today's travelers. SEI is accustomed to adapting to the constantly changing aviation industry and providing safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to today's aviation challenges.

I was referred to SE Engineering by both a foundation company in Nashville and by a builder in Bowling Green. Now that I have done business with SE Engineering, I understand why I was given this referral from two seperate and very reputable companies. I contacted SE Engineering for an assessment of the foundation of my home. I spoke with President of the company on the topic and being unfamiliar with the process, he provided me with great direction.
A few weeks later, the inspection was completed and I was provided with an outstanding and very helpful report of the condition of the foundation.
